Since IFSA is organised by students on a voluntary basis, we depend on generous supporters to realise our ideas, exchanges, excursions and networking events. With our strong encouragement to strengthen the international relations between forestry students, we want to create a new understanding of forestry all over the world. This development is not only relaying on our own endorsement but also on you, as a sponsor. If you are interested in helping us connecting forestry students worldwide as well as on a national and a European level, feel free to contact us right away: firstname.lastname@example.org
So far we are very thankful to have the support of these institutions:
The Department of Forest- and Soil Sciences is a department at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) committed to research and scientific education about Forest ecosystems and Soils.
ANRICA (Austrian Natural Resources Management and International Cooperation Agency) was founded back in 2009 by governmental and semi-governmental agencies and by private enterprises to join forces in international cooperation on climate change and rural development and is supported by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management.
BFW (Austrian Research Centre for Forests) is a federal, multidisciplinary research, monitoring and education centre. BFW consists of six research departments and two training centers covering a broad array of topics ranging from traditional forestry problems over natural hazard research and the management of georisks to landscape development and protection. It supports IFSA LC BOKU by exclusively offering one internship per year to one of our members.
